Key benefits

View all tasks related to a client or customer on a single page.
Add any type of data (e.g., phone number, contract date, etc.).
Share with designated teams or individuals.
Just recalled a task that needs to be done for a client? Add it to the customer journey and assign it to a responsible colleague, automatically entering their calendar or TO-DO list.
Had a meeting and want to take notes? Add your notes to the customer journey as a comment. (This feature is coming soon.)

Ensure that the customer journey contains all information related to each client:
- Client details (name, email, phone number, contact person, etc.).
- Important dates (contract signing date, etc.).
- Tasks related to the client (onboarding calls, weekly meetings, etc.).
- Shared with which team (e.g., Design team).
Create a new customer journey or duplicate a well-established one to avoid entering tasks individually. This ensures consistent quality every time.
Add client details and create different variables as needed (e.g., proposal sending date).
Click the share button to specify who can access the customer journey.
Assign responsibilities for tasks and set deadlines for each task. (It is recommended that you set up recurring tasks now.)
Check if there is a checklist associated with recurring processes on the task card.
