Introduction to Pricing

Gammatica offers three subscription plans tailored to different needs:

• Free Plan (available for up to 5 users)
• Pro Plan
• Premium Plan

Subscription Fees and Annual Discounts:

• Pro Plan with Annual Subscription: Discount available (billed annually in advance)
• Premium Plan with Annual Subscription: Discount available (billed annually in advance)

Billing Process

At the start of a subscription, the first month’s fee is charged immediately. For example, if you purchase a Pro Plan for 10 users, the system will automatically charge the initial monthly fee (e.g., on January 1st). The following billing cycle (February 1st) will include the next month’s fee, which will be charged automatically. An invoice is generated by the system and sent to the email address you provided on the Gammatica payment page. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at hello@gammatica.com.

Adding a New User Mid-Month

If you add a new user mid-month (for example, on January 15th), a prorated fee covering the remaining days of the current billing cycle will be charged. In the following billing cycle (February 1st), the monthly fee for all active users (e.g., 11 users) will be billed.

Removing a User and Credit Adjustments

If a user is removed mid-month (for example, the 11th user on January 25th), the system will automatically issue a credit for the remaining days. This credit will then be applied as a discount to the total in the following billing cycle.
