Gammatica Use Cases
Hr board example
- Manage all new applicants to your company on a Kanban board.
- Create 6 columns under the Projects menu: New Applicants, First Interview, Second Interview, Third Interview, Won, Lost (Automation for applicant intake coming soon).
- Add new applicants to the New Applicants column.
- Schedule interviews with selected applicants.
- Click on an applicant’s card to create subtasks and send interview invitations using Zoom or Google Meet directly from Gammatica.
- Communicate important interview details to the applicant.
- After the interview, record key information on the applicant’s card and move it to the appropriate column (e.g., Scheduled Second Interview, Not Selected, Selected).
Sales example
- Streamline sales management by navigating through a Kanban board view for management:
- Customer details (Name, email, phone number, etc.).
- Tasks assigned to customers.
- Distribution of tasks among team members.
- Create a pipeline such as “B2B Clients” with 4 columns: New Leads, Scheduled Appointments, Follow-up Pending, Proposal Sent, Won, Lost.
- Add new leads (automation coming soon).
- Fill in customer profile details (beneficial for handoffs between team members, ensuring visibility of critical data).
- Assign important tasks with deadlines and assign them to yourself.
- View tasks assigned to you in your calendar.
- If the customer is won, move them to the “Won” column in the B2B Clients pipeline.
- If won, notify the responsible person to schedule an onboarding call (create an onboarding checklist within Gammatica).
- If lost, move them to the “Lost” column in the B2B Clients pipeline.
- Comment on why the customer was lost in their customer profile.
Finance example
- Effectively manage outgoing invoices with a finance board.
- Create 4 columns: Pending Invoicing, Invoice Issues, Invoiced, Receivables, Received.
- Add customers’ names to the Pending Invoicing column with details like “Invoice for Sample12 Ltd.”
- Connect this card to the customer journey, making this task visible on the client’s profile.
- Benefit: Automated task completion creates a copy for the next weekly or monthly invoicing period, making it easy to monitor invoices from a single view.
- Note: Gammatica is not suitable for issuing invoices; external service providers are required.
Project Management
example
- Effectively manage multiple social media content postings.
- Create a content calendar Kanban board.
- Create 4 columns: All Tasks, Pending Approval, Waiting to Post, Posted.
- Populate the All Tasks column with customer names, attach tasks to the customer journey, and list required subtasks.
- Example: Sample12 Ltd. Facebook posting with subtasks: 3 weekly Facebook posts, 3 weekly Instagram posts.
- Set tasks as recurring; when completed, a copy is created for the next scheduled date.
