Quote Template - 2025

What kind of quote template do you need?

  1. Quickly editable,
  2. based on marketing psychology principles
  3. and containing only the essentials?

How does it look like? Take a look at these images:

The top 5 considerations we took into account when creating the quote template

  1. The structure of a streamlined quote

What does an effective quote structure look like?

  • An introductory slider where the downloader immediately sees a personalized offer and it’s beneficial to highlight our ratings here (8 out of 10 shoppers look at ratings before making a purchase decision)
  • A brief description of what your company does and the benefits of working with you (if any). A few customer stories with pictures and feedback.
  • Detailed package offer
  • Bonuses and limited-time offers
  • Additional support (e.g., highlighting guarantees, media appearances, awards, etc.)
  1. Pricing: Decoy pricing (Many hide why they price the way they do)

Why do you think cinemas have three sizes of popcorn but prices don’t rise in the same way?

For example:

Small - 2 USD

Medium - 2.5 USD

Large - 2.7 USD

Basically, most people focus on the medium-sized popcorn, but there’s a psychological pricing strategy behind it.

This is called decoy pricing. Our brains notice the smallest difference between medium and large size, so it sees it as the best opportunity.

This also drives us to choose the most expensive product because we are better off with it...

  1. Package deal

Why is a package deal advantageous?

Consider, for example, if you say you sell “Facebook Ad Management,” then most of the target audience can easily position that you have a general service and therefore expect a general price from you. (In short, they know what they're getting and how much)

However, if you say, “You help air-conditioning companies get guaranteed customers with a lead-generating system,” that includes Facebook ad management, a free ebook sales guide, and email follow-up, then you're about 10x more likely that your target audience will choose you because your service is much more likely to be a solution for them.

Let’s look at an example:

Basic Package: Includes basic services such as ad creation, air-conditioning video ad application, and ebook tutorials. Price: 500 USD

Pro Package: Includes all the elements of the Basic Package, plus email follow-up. (Up to 30% more appointment booking) Price: 700 USD

Premium Package: Includes all the elements of the Pro Package, plus exclusive access to a special air-conditioning customer database + guaranteed results (5+ customers / month guaranteed). Price: 800 USD

  1. Bonuses and limited-time offers

FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) is hard-wired into us to be afraid of missing out on something.

Give a bonus that is limited in time or quantity.

For example, write at the end of the offer that every Pro or Premium package comes with a free bonus service, such as a “Free Website and SEO Audit (worth 500 USD).” The offer is only valid for the next 3 days.

  1. Substantiation

After the pricing, always strive for facts that cannot be argued with.

What am I thinking about?

  • Guarantee: 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the result, we will refund the full amount.
  • Media appearances: We have appeared in the country’s leading business magazines, such as XY Magazine and the AE cover.
  • Awards: We won the Marketing Team of the Year award in 2024.
  • Reference videos (undeniable proof of professional competence): Over 100 testimonial videos on this page.
  • Referral: The most impactful sales technique. What if your prospective client were your salesperson? Write the rewards at the end of your offer. If they refer a friend, they will receive X USD in commission. “You can even zero out your commission fee.”
  1. CTA (Call to action) - Prompt for action

It’s worth putting a “request a contract” button on the most important slides, and you can automate this with Zapier.

CTA Examples:

“Click here to order now! This offer is valid for a limited time only.”

“Fill out this form and our colleague will contact you within 24 hours.”

“Call our customer service at +36 30 555 5555 to discuss the offer.”

“Request a contract”‍

  1. Details - File size, naming conventions, etc.
  • Export as a PDF from CANVA. (Top right button share and download)
  • It’s worth sending a quote of up to 10 MB so that it can be easily downloaded even from mobile internet (You can easily shrink it online with IlovePDF).
  • Strive not to name the quote “Quote-225.pdf” but rather “Josh Nolen – Quote – 2024.06.15.pdf”
  • Always check the PDF before sending, as it may have been exported incorrectly and the data may been displaced.
  • Click here and copy this CANVA file. Then edit it to your liking.
